Booking takes six easy steps
Bookings run through our secure booking system, PetWyse. New here? Register first. Already registered? Log in to request dates.

Register on our system
Create your profile on our booking system. It sets up your online account and makes every booking after that quicker.

Complete your info
Add your cat's details so we can look after them properly: food, habits, medication and vet.

Request a booking
Log in and request your dates from your dashboard. The required information must be completed first.

Upload vaccination cards
In your dashboard, open Pet Details and upload the card, or WhatsApp or email a photo to us.

Booking approval
You'll get an email to approve, with banking details. A 50% deposit secures your booking.

Check-in
Bring your cat in a carrier, with enough food for the stay, a favourite toy and something that smells of home. See you soon!
Why a booking may be declined
Usually because we're full for your dates, vaccinations are not up to date, or a cat has health issues or high care needs such as complicated medication. Call us first if you're unsure.
Check your dates first
Make sure the vaccinations are valid for the whole stay, and estimate the cost.
