I just wanted to send you a massive THANK YOU for taking such good care of our babies while we were away. You are one of a kind, and The Cat Hotel & staff are just amazing, and your passion for what you do really shines bright! From messages, updates, and photos of our babies, we were so blessed to have you with them, and taking such good care of them.
